Al-Fatwa leads the list with 5 players, followed by Homs Al-Fida with 4, then Al-Taliya and Damascus Al-Ahli with 3 each. Palestinian national team goalkeeper Tawfiq Ali, who joined Al-Wahda, stands out.

This came after Syrian clubs were allowed to sign Palestinian players and legally treat them as Syrian players, opening the door for clubs to benefit from their services. Al-Fatwa tops the list of clubs with the most signings at 5 players: goalkeeper Baraa Khrob, defenders Amr Mahmoud Rizq and Amin Mazid, midfielder Sadiq Ibrahim Obaid, and striker Omar Sawafta.
