Raids, arrests, and turning homes into military barracks in the West Bank

Several cities and towns in the West Bank witnessed widespread raids by Israeli occupation forces at dawn on Tuesday, including house raids, arrests, and detention of young men, alongside the deployment of military reinforcements to a number of areas. The raids included Qalqilya, Nablus, Jenin, Tulkarm, Hebron, Salfit, and Jericho, where occupation forces turned three homes in the town of Bani Na'im east of Hebron into military barracks.

In Hebron, forces stormed the towns of Beit Ummar and Bani Na'im, turned three homes in Bani Na'im into military barracks, declared the town a closed military zone, and prevented students from reaching some schools. Settlers also attacked a home in the village of Burqa east of Ramallah, and others set fire to vehicles in the Wadi Juhish area in Masafer Yatta. Hebron governorate is witnessing an escalation in raids and military measures.
