Spaitane has previously argued that Hamas should not be defined as a terrorist organization. The document calls for treating Israel as South Africa was treated during the apartheid era and demands the imposition of widespread boycotts and sanctions on it. The party's Jewish leader, Zack Polanski, harshly criticized the proposal, calling it "a distraction that won't help." Polanski made it clear that he will not support the plan in its current form and emphasized the need to protect Jewish members of the party.
