The shortlist includes seven representatives of the current system: Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Secretary of the State Council Alexei Dyumin, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev, Chairman of the Accounts Chamber Boris Kovalchuk, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, and First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko.
