MK Meirav Cohen (Yesh Atid) was interviewed this morning (Monday) on 103FM and addressed the political situation. According to her, the Change Bloc is very close to 61 Zionist mandates, but she admits that the opposition has not managed to knock out the Netanyahu government, partly due to public conservatism. Cohen warned that an interim government led by Netanyahu would rely on the ultra-Orthodox parties and lead to more elections, while needing the Arabs for specific decisions. She presented the meeting of Change Bloc leaders as those who will establish a government that will rehabilitate the state: pass a conscription law, dismantle the ultra-Orthodox partisan education networks, establish a state commission of inquiry, and rehabilitate the Gaza Envelope and government ministries. Cohen called on the public to vote in high percentages to enable change.
