Bakr Awawdeh, who holds the fourth spot on the United Arab List, said in an interview with the Jordanian channel Al-Mamlaka that his party rejects the four conditions for joining the change bloc coalition, as proposed by Yashar party chairman Gadi Eisenkot. Awawdeh emphasized that if Eisenkot wants to form a government relying on Arab votes, he must abandon these conditions. He also noted that no official approach from the Yashar leader has been received yet. On October 31, Eisenkot reiterated his principles: recognition of Israel as a Jewish, democratic, liberal, and egalitarian state; commitment to the values of the Declaration of Independence; mandatory service for all citizens—military, national, and civil; recognition of Hamas as a terrorist organization and a commitment to destroy its military and administrative power in the Gaza Strip.
