An investigation by the organization 'Fake Reporter' reveals an inauthentic influence network of hundreds of fake accounts on X and Facebook, which operated to promote the Noam party led by Avi Maoz. The network began operating in October 2026, using AI-generated profile pictures and generic names, aiming to create a false impression of broad public support for the party, including among secular and traditional Jews from central Israel. The accounts attacked Prime Minister Netanyahu, Ministers Smotrich and Ben Gvir, and Moshe Feiglin, while highlighting Noam's differentiation on issues of Jewish identity. The investigation describes coordination of activity in a WhatsApp group named 'Noam for Israel | Social Media Patrol', where posts by the party received supportive comments within minutes. The Noam party responded: 'These are completely false and baseless claims.'
