Sabine Taasa, who lost her husband Gil and her son Or in the massacre at Netiv HaAsara on October 7, 2023, returned this week from the Netherlands after attending the screening of the pro-Palestinian film 'Naz'a' and confronting the crowd and event organizers. In a harrowing interview with Daniel Roth Avneri on the 'Weekend' program of i24NEWS, immediately after landing in Israel, she recounts a wave of blatant antisemitism. Taasa described how she endured severe slurs, including chants of 'go back to the ovens,' 'go back to the Holocaust,' and 'it's a pity another Hitler didn't arise to destroy you.' The event escalated into physical violence, as her microphone and phone were snatched from her and she was nearly beaten, until police and security intervened. Taasa stated she is unafraid, having survived the massacre, and will continue to work to clear Israel's name. She updated that she is proceeding to a meeting at the Prime Minister's Office to demand fighting antisemitism like Hamas and Hezbollah.
