The Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem reported that tens of thousands performed the prayer. Occupation forces arrested two young men from the mosque courtyards before the prayer, prevented dozens of young men from reaching it after stopping them and checking their IDs, and deployed heavily around the Old City.
