"Soon we will all know what it feels like to be Jewish": The monologue stirring Europe

Belgian philosopher Maarten Boudry published a monologue claiming Europe is paying the price for ignoring Jewish communities, following the riots in France. Boudry criticized Macron's policies, saying 'All you did was strengthen the monster'. During the riots, a synagogue in Paris and Jewish-owned businesses in Marseille were damaged, but there is no evidence they were targeted because of their owners' identity.

Belgian philosopher Maarten Boudry published a monologue claiming Europe is paying the price for ignoring Jewish communities, following the riots in France. Boudry criticized French President Emmanuel Macron's policies, saying 'All you did was strengthen the monster'. He argued that for three years, protesters in Europe marched with Palestinian flags and chanted 'From the river to the sea', while Israel was boycotted. He concluded with the sentence: 'It never ends with the Jews'. During the riots, a synagogue in Paris was damaged and Jewish-owned businesses in Marseille were harmed, but the Jewish community's protection service in France emphasized there is no evidence the shops were attacked because of their owners' identity. Boudry is a 42-year-old Belgian philosopher of science and writer.
