Itamar Itam, the new candidate for Religious Zionism, spoke out today (Wednesday) against a video published by the party, showing Supreme Court President Yitzhak Amit and other senior judicial officials being dragged by security personnel along a road after blocking it during a protest. Itam made the remarks at a panel at Gvanim High School, in response to a question from MK Naor Shiri of the Together party. Itam replied: "Yes, I didn't like it." Last night, following the publication of the video, the political system was shocked and attacked Religious Zionism. Yashar! party chairman Gadi Eisenkot attacked on X: "I strongly condemn the despicable and violent video uploaded by the evasion apparatus and supporter of refusal, Bezalel Smotrich." Eisenkot added: "And all this during the Ten Days of Repentance, on the eve of Yom Kippur. They haven't learned anything from October 7."
