Shocking: Youths attacked foreign worker with fists, set a dog on him and stole his bag

A serious indictment has been filed in the Magistrate's Court in Netanya against four residents of the city: three teenagers aged 14, 15, and 16, and a young man aged 18. According to the indictment, at 5:48 AM on December 4, 2025, the four were roaming the streets of Netanya with an attack dog of the Malinois breed belonging to the 16-year-old. Suddenly, without any prior interaction, the teenager ordered the dog to attack a foreign worker who was on his way to a construction site. The dog lunged at the worker and began biting him. While the worker tried to defend himself with his bag, one of the youths punched him in the head. According to the indictment, the worker raised his hands in defense, but another defendant struck him from the other side while the others kicked him from behind. The worker managed to break free and run, but the defendants chased him with the dog, surrounded him, stole his bag, and fled. The victim suffered injuries from the assault and dog bites. The four are charged with assault and actual bodily harm by two or more persons, joint assault, and theft.
