According to rescue officials, a stack of iron cages fell on the worker, causing severe injuries. United Hatzalah teams who were called to the scene provided him with initial medical treatment and performed resuscitation efforts, but ultimately a doctor from the organization was forced to determine his death. Yanky Weinberg, a medic and deputy head of the branch at United Hatzalah, reported that the worker was struck by a stack of iron cages that fell on him, and despite medical treatment and resuscitation, his death was determined due to the severe injuries. The circumstances of the accident are being investigated by the relevant authorities.
