Consumers in Israel are complaining about difficulties getting refunds for goods purchased on the Chinese online platform SHEIN. As Ynet learned on Tuesday, November 3, disruptions have emerged in recent weeks: buyers are not receiving full refunds, with the company claiming the goods have not arrived back at the warehouse. One customer, who has used SHEIN for many years, said she sent items worth 200 shekels in early August and still hasn't received her money. Another customer wrote in a buyers' group that company HFD confirmed the package's return on August 9, but SHEIN claims it hasn't reached the warehouse. Yet another group member is advocating for a class action lawsuit and has already sent SHEIN a warning from a lawyer. A Ynet investigation revealed that in September a new link appeared in the delivery chain — the company U-Speed, responsible solely for returns. According to an informed source, the problems affect less than 1% of packages. The article also includes tips for saving on SHEIN, including using coupons and opening a new account for a discount.
