Chairman of the "Be-Yahad" party Naftali Bennett stated that Netanyahu at least 11 times rejected proposals to eliminate Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. Bennett considers the investigation evidence of Netanyahu's personal responsibility for the October 7 tragedy. The Prime Minister's Office rejected the allegations, calling them previously refuted claims being spread ahead of elections. The office stated that the leadership of the security forces supported the Qatari payments for humanitarian needs and maintaining calm in Gaza.
