A 20-year-old resident of Holon is suspected of committing a sexual offense against a 13-year-old minor, whom he met on the Bumble app. The prosecution filed a prosecutor's statement and will file an indictment in the coming days.
The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor's Office today (Wednesday) filed a prosecutor's statement against a 20-year-old resident of Holon, suspected of committing a sexual offense against a 13-year-old minor. The two met through the Bumble app, and during one of their meetings they went to an abandoned building in Holon, where the suspect committed the offense, despite knowing the minor was 13 years old. The investigation was opened at the Holon police station on September 6, after the minor's family reported to the 100 emergency hotline. The suspect's detention has been extended from time to time at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court. In the coming days, the prosecution is expected to file an indictment.
