Amot Investments, a real estate company from the Alony Hetz group, published a lukewarm third-quarter report, with moderate growth in rental activity and a downward revision of the FFO (funds from operations) forecast for the full year 2026. The forecast was lowered to NIS 780-790 million, from NIS 790-800 million in the previous forecast, due to an update of the annual inflation forecast to 1.7% from 2% originally. Rental and property management revenues rose by about 1.8% to approximately NIS 314 million, and NOI rose by about 1.1% to approximately NIS 268 million. The overall occupancy rate stood at 92.7%, but in offices it remained relatively low at 85.4%, compared to 97.7% in commercial centers and 96% in logistics. Office NOI even declined in the first nine months to about NIS 375 million, compared to NIS 378 million last year. The company continues to expect completion of the ToHa 2 tower in Tel Aviv by the end of the year.
