The Prisoner's Club escalated its warnings about endangering the lives of prisoner movement leaders in solitary confinement cells, confirming that prisoner Hassan Salama was shot inside his cell coinciding with Ben Gvir's raid on it, and demanding an international investigation and urgent intervention to protect them.

The Prisoner's Club escalated its warnings about endangering the lives of prisoner movement leaders in solitary confinement cells, confirming that prisoner Hassan Salama was shot inside his cell on September 15 last year, coinciding with the raid by Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir on his cell. The club stated in a statement that the leaders face multiple methods of physical and psychological torture and systematic repression, in addition to public death threats made by Ben Gvir. It pointed out that the severe restrictions on lawyer visits prevented obtaining further information about the incident, raising serious concerns about the prisoner's fate. The club considered that Ben Gvir's threats are not isolated statements, but part of an integrated system of repression and abuse.
