Indictment: Young man from central Israel sexually assaulted and raped two young women he met during a night out
The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Dolev Hiyon (26) from Netanya, accused of rape and indecent acts against two young women in their 20s, whom he met at bars in central Israel. According to the indictment, Hiyon drove the complainants to his home, sexually assaulted them while snatching their phones, and continued to harass one of them even after she fled, until she caused a car accident.

According to the indictment, the two complainants, in their 20s, met Hiyon during a night out at bars in central Israel. One of them worked as a bartender at one of the bars. In one case, Hiyon offered to drive a young woman home, but changed the route to his home, where he snatched her phone, kissed her against her will, and raped her despite her attempts to fend him off. In the second case, a young woman drove Hiyon to his home at his request. When she asked him to get out of the car, he unbuckled her seatbelt, threw her phone away, forcibly kissed her, and committed indecent acts. After she managed to escape, Hiyon continued to call her repeatedly until she caused a car accident on Highway 6. The prosecution requested the court order his detention until the end of proceedings, due to the danger posed by his actions.
