i24NEWS poll: About three and a half weeks before the elections - no bloc has a majority

A new poll by Direct Polls for i24NEWS, published on the program "7 - Nadav Elimelech", shows Likud strengthening to 28 seats and Yashar! stable at 22. No bloc wins a majority, with changes mainly in Religious Zionism (5) and the Arab parties.

A new poll by Direct Polls for i24NEWS, published this evening (Thursday, October 1, 2026) on the program "7 - Nadav Elimelech", indicates a stable but inconclusive political picture about three and a half weeks before the elections. According to the poll, Likud strengthens to 28 seats, an increase of one seat compared to the previous poll, while the Yashar! party led by Gadi Eisenkot remains stable at 22 seats. The most significant change is recorded in Religious Zionism and Identity, which drop to only 5 seats, with the seats moving to Likud. A change is also recorded in the Arab sector: the Joint List strengthens to 8 seats at the expense of Ra'am which drops to 5. The remaining parties remain unchanged: Together and the Democrats with 9 each, Otzma Yehudit, United Torah Judaism and the Joint List with 8, Yisrael Beiteinu and Shas with 7, Ra'am and Amcha Yisrael with 5. The Reservists and Economic Party, Black Color, Blue and White, Noam for Israel, the Haredi Public, Ahi and Israel First all remain below the electoral threshold. The poll was conducted by Direct Polls Ltd. headed by Tzuriel Sharon, among 504 adult respondents (18+) using a digital system combined with a panel, with a statistical sampling error of ±4.3%. The main conclusion: no bloc wins a majority of 61 seats, and the political picture remains essentially unchanged compared to previous polls.
