Huta testified about a video call she made from the apartment during the murder, in which she saw "spurts of blood." Judge Persky ruled that Linor Sasson, who was arrested on suspicion of aiding, was not involved in the murder itself, neither in planning nor execution. However, the judge determined that Sasson allegedly assisted after the event: she warned the girls not to reveal the minors' names, told them to take the minors out of Jerusalem, and asked a minor to change shirts to hinder identification. The judge noted that Sasson's version, that she went to refuel and did not know what was happening, "does not hold water." The danger attributed to her stems from the alleged willingness to assist after the fact, including obstruction of justice. Sasson was referred for a probation report, and after its submission, the court will consider whether she can be released to alternative detention.
