He expressed shock at what he called the government's "inaction" against Jewish terrorism in Judea and Samaria, claiming the phenomenon could be eliminated within two weeks. Ben Barak sharply criticized the functioning of the Foreign Ministry, which he said is not operational and responds childishly. He also addressed boycotts in Europe, stating that European countries are mistaken in their boycotts since Israeli factories in Judea and Samaria help the Palestinian population.
