The two-story stone building, located at 45 Lenin Street, covers about 510 square meters. The Jewish community used it until the early 1930s, after which it housed the Dynamo sports club and later the city post office. Since 1999, the synagogue has been vacant and partially dilapidated, requiring extensive restoration. The auction is part of the regional investment project 'House for a Ruble.' Bids are accepted until October 15, with the auction itself on October 20. In addition to the synagogue, three other historic buildings are up for auction. The site is recognized as a cultural heritage monument, imposing obligations to preserve its original structure and facade elements.
