Herzog to Likud representatives: "The crisis between Zini and the Attorney General has been resolved"

Likud representatives recommended President Herzog to task Benjamin Netanyahu with forming the government. Minister Kisch warned against a government supported by Arab parties. Herzog updated that the crisis between Zini and the Attorney General has been resolved.

Likud representatives arrived this evening (Thursday) at the President's Residence to recommend Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for forming the government. The delegation included Ministers Yoav Kisch, Miri Regev, Ofir Katz, and Talik Guili. Minister Kisch warned against forming a government supported by Arab parties, which he called 'terror supporters', and called on the Zionist left to end its boycott of the right. Kisch noted that representatives of the Yahad party had called the Likud 'scorpions and fascists'. President Herzog addressed the 'ballot terror' affair and told the representatives that the crisis between Zini and the Attorney General had been resolved in a meeting held yesterday.
