Senior MDA paramedic Munir Siam passed away at age 51 after suffering a heart attack. Siam volunteered with the organization for about 20 years, starting his career as an emergency medical technician, and later trained as a senior paramedic and driver of intensive care vehicles. His colleagues at the MDA station in Tel Aviv eulogized him, describing a person who arrived at every shift with a smile, cared for patients and his team members, and created a positive atmosphere around him. Siam is survived by his wife, two sons, three daughters, mother, three brothers, and three sisters. He was buried on Thursday, October 1, at the Salah al-Din cemetery in Jerusalem.
