President Trump has reportedly identified a new White House press secretary, two months after Karoline Leavitt's resignation. The young journalist, Benny Ray Harmony, 24, joined the president's trip to Ireland last month and caught his attention. According to reports, Trump hinted at the vacant position during the trip and even pointed at her. On October 2, Harmony announced her joining the White House communications team as deputy press secretary. Administration insiders see her as a potential replacement for Leavitt, due to her loyalty and determination in front of the camera. Harmony was born in Springfield, Illinois, and studied global management at Arizona State University. She worked as a television host and producer at NewsChannel 20, and resigned after being reprimanded for making a gesture to Charlie Kirk live on air. She later moved to Real America's Voice as a White House correspondent.
