Haifa Film Festival to Screen Films from Venice and Cannes, Including in Russian

The program includes premieres and award-winning films from the Berlin, Cannes, and Venice festivals, new Israeli films, and special screenings. The central event is Andrey Zvyagintsev's "Minotaur" (France, Latvia, Germany, 2026), which won the Grand Prix at Cannes and the award for Best Music. The film features Israeli actors Vladimir Friedman and Anatoly Weissman (Bely). Also in the lineup: Olivier Assayas's "The Kremlin Wizard" with Paul Dano and Jude Law (Venice), Antonin Baudry's historical dilogy "De Gaulle" (Cannes out-of-competition), the Romanian drama "Three Days in September" (Rotterdam), the psychological drama "I Am Different" (Locarno), and the Norwegian satire "No Comment." Some films will be shown in Russian, with translation or subtitles.
