According to the plan, Likud stronghold neighborhoods will be divided into ratings: "pure gold," "gold," and "silver." The focus is on neighborhoods marked as "pure gold"—where voter turnout was the lowest, but support for Likud is high. Party chairman Benjamin Netanyahu will physically visit these neighborhoods, and most campaign funds will be invested there in the days before and on election day itself.
