In an interview on 103FM, Yaya Pink of the Democrats discussed coalition negotiations with United Torah Judaism and expressed strong opposition to cooperation with them over the issue of equality in the burden of military service. Pink, a reservist himself, argued that equality in the burden cannot be advanced with the Haredi parties. Conversely, he expressed support for integrating Ra'am into the next government, saying that Mansour Abbas and Segalovich could be better ministers than Itamar Ben Gvir. Eli Ohana, who confronted him, said he prefers the Haredi parties over Arab parties that he claims want the destruction of Israel. Pink also addressed claims of Qatari funding in elections in Arab communities, saying he is against foreign money in elections. He concluded with criticism of the election results of the Netanyahu bloc, which dropped from 68 to 53 seats.
