At the outset, he stated that the escalation in Judea and Samaria in terms of attacks is already happening, and called for expanding prevention and counter-terror operations. "I think it's time to do additional things of this kind," he said, referring to the two recent attacks from the same area. Nehama criticized Defense Minister Israel Katz's statement, arguing that the proposed steps were proposed two and a half years ago. He recalled a difficult experience from his service in Gaza, where a Palestinian teenager was killed, and claimed that Hamas exploits its citizens. Nehama expressed criticism over the three-year-long war, noting that it harms international legitimacy, the economy, and families' ability to cope.
