Former CENTCOM deputy commander: "The biggest failure - that we didn't eliminate Iran's missiles and drones"
Retired Vice Admiral Robert Howard, former deputy commander of CENTCOM, said in an interview with Kan News that the failure to eliminate Iran's missile and drone arsenal is the most significant failure of the US and Israel. Retired Vice Admiral Robert Howard, former deputy commander of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), said in an interview with Kan News that the failure to eliminate Iran's missile and drone arsenal is the most significant failure of the United States, Israel, and their allies. According to him, these capabilities are the main tool of pressure and power projection remaining in Tehran's hands, and they threaten American forces, Israel, and regional states. Howard assessed that President Donald Trump fully controls the operational pace and is acting with successful deception, and that the financial stranglehold is causing severe internal shocks in Iran. He called for defining the overthrow of the regime in Iran as an official goal, and noted that on the day the Iranian arsenal is neutralized, the international community can effectively support Iran's 75 million citizens. Howard praised the tightening regional security cooperation between Israel, the United States, and Gulf states.
