The defense establishment emphasizes that Hezbollah has not yet disarmed and is trying to rebuild its military systems. In contrast, in Lebanon they claim that Israeli activity harms the country's sovereignty and the understandings. The IDF clarifies that as long as Hezbollah tries to return to the villages near the border, proactive activity will continue.
