First publication: High Court rejects bereaved father's petition – with outrageous claim

The High Court of Justice summarily dismissed a petition filed by bereaved father Kobi Samerano, MK Yulia Malinovsky, and the B'Tselem organization to evacuate an UNRWA building in Kafr Aqab. The reason for the dismissal was lack of standing, arguing that the Jerusalem Municipality was the one that demanded enforcement of the UNRWA law and was not among the petitioners.
