Upon receiving the report at the 102 emergency hotline of the Fire and Rescue Service, firefighting and rescue teams from the Ashkelon regional station were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters are working at the scene to extinguish the flames and prevent the fire from spreading to nearby buildings, and are conducting entry into the building and extensive searches for trapped individuals.
