This evening, it was published on "Ulpan Shishi" that a senior police official told Channel 12 News there is evidence of falsification of the time in the protocol of Tzachi Boherman's conversation with the Prime Minister on the morning of October 7. According to the official, Boherman did not deny this and admitted to the falsification. The file was submitted to the prosecution with a red ribbon, including an evidentiary basis for the offense of forgery, but more than a year has passed and a decision on whether to file an indictment has not yet been made. Avi Gil said that as early as the end of October 2023, work on changing protocols began in the Prime Minister's Office, and that he approached the Attorney General with a request to stop the proceedings. In January 2024, according to him, a stenographer contacted him and said she was instructed by Boherman to change the transcript of the conversation from 06:40 to 06:29. Gil emphasized that the stenographer made it clear she was not authorized to make such a change, and that the conversation is recorded on a computer.
