Filber updated the poll – Yisrael Beiteinu does not pass the electoral threshold

Pollster Shlomo Filber updated the Channel 14 poll and estimated that Yisrael Beiteinu will not pass the electoral threshold. Following the final voter turnout data, the right-wing bloc may gain additional seats and reach at least 61 Knesset members. Lieberman called to wait for the real results.

Pollster Shlomo Filber updated the Channel 14 poll overnight (Tuesday) and estimated that the Yisrael Beiteinu party, led by Avigdor Lieberman, will not pass the electoral threshold. The update came after the publication of the final voter turnout rate, which stood at 77.7% – the highest since 1999. Filber estimated that following the new data, the right-wing bloc may gain additional seats and reach at least 61 Knesset members, after receiving only 60 in the initial poll. In the initial Channel 14 poll, Likud led by Benjamin Netanyahu received 30 seats, Yashar led by Gadi Eisenkot received 19, Together led by Naftali Bennett received 11, and Yisrael Beiteinu received four seats. Lieberman responded to the results and said to wait for the real results, while emphasizing the high number of double envelopes from soldiers and reservists. The updated estimate is based on the poll and is not an official final result.
