According to the latest Channel 14 poll, five lists remain below the 3.25% electoral threshold in the elections for the 26th Knesset. The list closest to the threshold is the Reservists and the Economic Party, led by Yoaz Hendel and Yaron Zelicha, with 1.9% of the vote. Following it is Amcha Israel, led by Ofer Winter, with 1.5%; Noam to Israel, led by MK Avi Maoz, with 0.6%; and the Haredi Public, led by Moti Leitner, with 0.3%. Hendel and Winter did not sign a surplus agreement after mutual accusations of failed negotiations. Above the line, Yisrael Beiteinu is the smallest party crossing the threshold with five seats, and Religious Zionism-Identity wins seven seats. In recent days, Blue and White, led by Benny Gantz, and the Achi movement withdrew from the race, as part of negotiations conducted by Minister Yoav Kisch at the request of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Conversely, Ofer Winter and Moti Leitner announced they would continue to run until the end. A high voter turnout makes it harder for small parties, as each additional percentage point in turnout adds about 2,400 votes to the required threshold.
