The IDF is expanding its operational activity in Judea and Samaria. Alongside the ongoing operation in Hebron, the military launched a focused counter-terrorism operation in Samaria, which included activity in eight villages and the city of Nablus. Over the past 72 hours, IDF forces demolished the homes of two terrorists in the village of Beta, arrested wanted individuals in the village of Yacit and other villages, and located and confiscated weapons. Additionally, security forces demolished 12 monuments of terrorists. The operation in Hebron continues despite limited achievements, and legal difficulties have been raised in the IDF regarding keeping residents out of their homes. Meanwhile, the IDF is preparing for another operation within the army's ranks: the return of weapons and military equipment held by soldiers and reservists, without identification requirements and without prosecution.
