She called for advancing the Trump plan, bringing in the National Committee for the Management of Gaza and a Multinational Stabilization Force, and eventually letting the Palestinian Authority govern Gaza. Neumann explained that Hamas generates between $2 and $5 million daily through heavy taxes on goods, boycotting some humanitarian aid and selling products at high prices on the black market. She noted that Hamas sells paid solutions in Gaza and is the main employment factor, determining who receives what and creating dependency. Despite this, Neumann called for advancing the Trump plan for Gaza, bringing in the National Committee for the Management of Gaza and a Multinational Stabilization Force, and eventually having the Palestinian Authority govern Gaza. She urged drying up Hamas's income sources and preventing its entrenchment in the West Bank.
