Due to a suspicious object on the "Crown Iris" ship in Greece, actors Lior Ashkenazi, Yaniv Biton, and Yehezkel Lazarov, who are filming the series "Linda and Eli" for Kan 11, were evacuated. Lazarov reassured: everyone is safe and sound.

The filming of the new series "Linda and Eli" for Kan 11, created and directed by Dana Modan, took a dramatic turn this evening (Tuesday) after a suspicious object was discovered aboard the cruise ship "Crown Iris" of Mano Shipping, anchored in Greece. Among the approximately 1,400 Israeli passengers and crew who were required to evacuate the ship are actors Lior Ashkenazi, Yaniv Biton, and Yehezkel Lazarov, who are participating in the filming of the series. Lazarov posted a story on Instagram and reassured: "To everyone who is worried - we are all off the ship, safe and sound, and waiting for the inspection to finish." Local authorities began scanning the ship and ordered the evacuation of passengers and crew. At one point, a return to routine was announced, but later it was decided to continue inspections. The Commander of the Navy, Major General Eyal Harel, held a consultation on the matter and spoke with his counterparts in Greek security organizations. The series is in the filming stages and is scheduled to air during 2027.
