Doctors in Britain expressed support for shooting Israelis - and the punishment sparks outrage

The British monitoring organization GnasherJew has exposed about 40 doctors in the UK who published antisemitic content, including support for violence against Israelis and comparisons to Nazis. The medical regulator took action in only about 19.5% of complaints.

The British monitoring organization GnasherJew revealed today (Tuesday) documentation concerning about 40 doctors and medical professionals in the UK, who it claims published antisemitic content on social media, compared Israel to Nazi Germany, and even expressed support for violence against Israeli civilians. Among the notable cases: Dr. Mazin Fagier, a senior surgeon at Royal Free Hospital in London, who shared an antisemitic caricature of Prime Minister Netanyahu; Dr. Nizar Ali al-Hani, an orthodontist, who compared Hamas's actions to the Warsaw Ghetto fighters; and Dr. Assad Nimr Shamlah, an anesthesiologist, who published vengeful statements after the death of his family members. The British medical regulator (GMC) stated that it took action in about 19.5% of the complaints filed, including removing two doctors from the professional register. The organization rejected the claim that this constitutes adequate treatment. The exposure joins official criticism of the handling of antisemitism in the British healthcare system, following a report by Lord John Mann from June 2026.
