The first hours are described as total chaos: reports flowing from every direction, a partial picture, and a reality harsher than any scenario. Out of the fracture, the Operations Division planned night after night the moves in the Gaza Strip – ground incursions, raids, assassinations, and operations that remain classified. Alongside this, the hostage mission loomed: every piece of information, sign of life, and window of opportunity reached this room.
