The charges come about five months after a minor female influencer, Alexandra Mendoza, filed a civil lawsuit against him in Florida. The lawsuit alleged that Peters flew her to his family home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, plied her with alcohol, and sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious. Additionally, the lawsuit claimed that on another occasion, he injected her face with a fat-dissolving substance without her consent, causing her physical harm and trauma. Clavicular's representatives dismissed the claims, stating that "the reports are exaggerated." The influencer's lawyers said he denies all accusations and intends to fight in court. Peters himself addressed the issue on X, claiming it is an attempt to extort money from him. In July, Clavicular visited Israel and sparked controversy due to his friendship with antisemitic content creators.
