Chief of Staff at new submarine reception ceremony: Our eyes are open to what is happening in Iran

The Chief of Staff defined the absorption of the submarine as one of the IDF's main strengthening moves, and described it as more secretive, farther-reaching, deeper, and more lethal. Amid the tension between Iran and the US, Zamir clarified that the IDF's eyes are open to what is happening in Iran and its proxies, and that the Iranian regime is hurt and bruised but does not learn to change its intentions, while taking its people hostage, blocking shipping routes, and damaging infrastructure. Zamir emphasized that the IDF has severely harmed its enemies' capabilities, but their evil intentions have not changed, and that the IDF is alert and prepared to continue operating in all arenas. He noted that the ceremony is taking place in the midst of a prolonged, complex, multi-front war, which will mark three years in a few days, and that the IDF has carried out historic operations that changed the security reality from defense to offense. Zamir addressed Germany and thanked the partners for standing by Israel. President Herzog warned that this is a force that will not hesitate to be used when necessary, even thousands of kilometers away.
