Avishai Ben Haim: "They boycott fighters, they prefer the Islamic Movement"

Political commentator Dr. Avishai Ben Haim shared a moving experience from a fighter's wedding, described many wounded soldiers, and attacked the left: "They boycott them, and prefer the Islamic Movement over them."

Political commentator Dr. Avishai Ben Haim shared on Channel 14 a moving experience from a young fighter's wedding. He described the special atmosphere at the event, which was filled with young fighters, friends of the groom, and told of many war wounded present, including a legless fighter who danced with his friends. Ben Haim quoted the rabbi who said of the Shehecheyanu blessing that it is "literally a miracle that you are here with us." Later, he linked the experience to the political situation and attacked the left, claiming that these fighters, who he said consist of a high percentage of religious Zionist and Mizrahi communities, are politically boycotted. According to him, a potential left-wing government would prefer the Haredim and the Islamic Movement over them.
