A former Kuwaiti minister told Kan News that cooperation between Gulf states and Israel is a "win-win" for curbing common enemies and maintaining regional security and stability. The former minister stated that there is no room to question who the enemy of the Gulf states is, given the ongoing Iranian attacks against them, while Israel strikes Iran and destroys many military capabilities. Israel's ambassador to the UAE, Yossi Shelley, told Kan News this week that another country is expected to join the Abraham Accords within a few months, and hinted that Kuwait may be "the next swallow."
