Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana harshly responded to remarks by MK Yitzhak Finderus, who called Ohana's election "a malfunction and a desecration of God's name." Ohana spoke with 103fm and sent a jab at Finderus. Later, Ohana shared the personal price his family is paying due to the protests near his home: "The children were hurt when they protested under my house, they stuck stickers all the way from home to school at the children's height, so they would see it." He called for keeping families out of politics. Ohana also addressed the issue of Haredi conscription and the judicial reform, stating that "deserters should be arrested, whether they are Haredi or secular." He clarified that Likud intends to continue the judicial reform: "We are not turning our backs like Naftali Bennett. The correction in the judicial system is meant to realize democracy and restore the balance between the branches of government."
