The indictment filed against the daycare workers suspected of abuse at the Ariel daycare, spanning 100 pages, currently addresses only the period from September 1 to October 15. This means that not all incidents examined during the investigation were included in the indictment, and further developments may arise. It was also learned that in formulating the current indictment, it was decided to focus on cases where there is clear and unequivocal documentation of acts of harm to the toddlers. The investigation, conducted by a special investigation team from the Ariel station and the Crime Fighting Unit in the Shomron district, allegedly uncovered hundreds of severe violent incidents against toddlers aged a few months to one year and three months. Among the acts investigated were throwing, choking, shaking, tying, and hair pulling. Investigators continue to examine documentation from periods prior to September 1, in order to determine whether additional abuse incidents occurred.
