36 Israelis evacuated from combat zone in Ethiopia

36 Israelis have been evacuated from a combat zone in Ethiopia. Four others remain in Lalibela and are scheduled to fly out tomorrow by helicopter. The operation was led by the Foreign Ministry, the embassy in Addis Ababa, the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs, the National Security Council, MK Pnina Tamano-Shata, and businessman Lior Yesayes. The Ethiopian army provided assistance.
