Police discovered he was driving while his license was suspended, and a search of the vehicle uncovered large quantities of various types of drugs. The driver claimed he previously held a medical cannabis license that had expired, and since then he had been purchasing drugs via Telegram. The investigation revealed that the suspect conducted five drug deals, one of which involved a minor. His detention was extended periodically, and on September 27, the prosecution unit filed an indictment charging him with exporting, importing, trafficking, and supplying dangerous drugs, inducing a minor to use drugs, and using a vehicle to commit an offense. The Israel Police stated that the police will continue to act against the scourge of drugs, with an emphasis on locating dealers who harm young people.
